Mom Can Stay was founded by Todd Albertson with the help of his lovely wife Andrea.  Todd has spent over 15 years dealing with every aspect of real estate.  He started his real estate career as a Realtor and quickly became an investor buying, selling, renovating, building and managing hundreds of homes.  Prior to this, Todd spent 8 years in the telecom and technology industry helping individuals and businesses implement and adapt to changing technology needs.

 

Andrea has worked as an admissions counselor inside of the retirement home community and fully understands the struggles people face as they transition away from their homes as well as the benefits of Aging In Place.  She also managed the construction warranty department for the 3rd largest builder in the United States for more that 10 years so she is acutely aware of what it takes to appropriately and successfully maintain the integrity of a home.

As we bring on each new client, Todd will personally service the home as we learn the likes and dislikes of our clients.  We want to build a genuine relationship and fully understand the client and their home prior to introducing the long term In Home Advocate that will manage our suite of personalized services in the home.
